This is « The Pasture, or, Herdsman’s Echo Song », in a undated publication by Oliver Ditson (but probably in the 1850’s). Jenny Lind (1820-1887), known as « The Swedish Nightingale », was presented to the American public by P.T. Barnum in a hugely successful tour in 1850. The cover sheet shows lithograph of Jenny Lind taken from a daguerrotype by Whipple. Condition of this music is Very Good Plus, showing t nicks and holes along the left vertical edge, where this was sewn into an album. Please see my other antique sheet music listings..
